PDF, print and links
Download a report as a PDF, print it, or share a link with your team

Open a report and click Download PDF. The PDF is made from the saved report, so its numbers, charts and AI summary match the screen exactly. It contains:
- a cover with the workspace, the title, the period and what it was compared with
- the AI summary, or the reason there is none and the items that need attention
- the key numbers
- every section with its charts and tables
- page numbers
Files are named after the report, for example opzello-daily-report-2026-09-20.pdf or opzello-sales-report-2026-09-01-to-2026-09-20.pdf.
A report that is still being made cannot be downloaded yet. Try again when it is ready.
Print opens your browser's print window. The app's menus and the contents list are left out of the printout.
Copy link copies a link to the report that opens it in the right workspace. Only people in your workspace whose role lets them see the report can open it. There are no public links. To share a report with someone outside your workspace, send the PDF.
Regenerating
Regenerate rebuilds a report with today's data, keeping its link and pin. If anything changed since the report was first made, the numbers change too, and the report says when it was regenerated. PDFs downloaded after that show the new version.
