Product Module

The Product module manages your roadmap: the features and initiatives you are planning, building, and shipping. Enable it by selecting the Product role in Settings → Preferences.

Roadmap items are the core record. Each item stores title, priority, status, target quarter, and notes. Status moves from Planned → In Progress → Shipped (or Cancelled).

The dashboard shows:

• Status breakdown — donut chart of roadmap items by current stage.
• Hours by day — 14-day area chart of product-related work log hours.
• Roadmap list — sortable rows with priority badge, status, and target date.

Use the Product module alongside the Developer module for full coverage: Product owns the what (the roadmap item and its priority), Developer owns the how (projects and time logs). Link roadmap items to goals when OKRs target shipping milestones.

Quarterly planning works well here: create all planned items at the start of the quarter, move them to In Progress as work begins, and mark Shipped on release. Cancelled items stay for retrospective reference.

AI Strategist mode reads your roadmap data when you include goals in the context—useful for reprioritization prompts after a major pivot.
