Data Export

Export your data, delete or restore workspace data, and delete your account

Open Account Settings in the Hub sidebar, then Data & Privacy. Here you can download your data, remove workspace data, and delete your account.

Export Your Data

Three exports are available. Each one downloads a file straight away:

  • Work logs: all your work logs as a CSV file. Click Export.
  • Meetings & contacts: your meeting history as a CSV file (date, title, type, contact, outcome and notes). Click Export.
  • Full data export: your work logs, goals, tasks and meetings in one JSON file. Click Export all.

Keep these files safe. They contain your work history.

Reports are different: use the Reports page for readable summaries, and this page for a raw copy of your data.

Danger zone: workspace data

Only a workspace owner can delete workspace data. Other members see a note saying so. They can still export their own data and delete their own account.

These actions work on one workspace at a time. If you own more than one workspace, choose it in Workspace at the top of the danger zone. Your other workspaces are not touched.

  • Delete all work logs: removes every work log in that workspace, for all members. Click Delete logs.
  • Reset workspace: removes all work content and WhatsApp data from that workspace: logs, tasks, goals, meetings, every module's records and the whole WhatsApp history. The workspace, its members, roles, settings and WhatsApp connection are kept. Click Reset.

To confirm, type the phrase shown in the dialog (DELETE LOGS or RESET WORKSPACE) and enter your password. We also email you what was removed.

Restoring deleted data

Deleted logs and reset workspaces are kept for 7 days. During that time, a Recover deleted data section appears on this page. It shows how many days are left. Click Restore to bring the data back. After 7 days the data is removed for good.

Delete account

Delete account permanently deletes your account and everything attached to it. This cannot be undone.

  1. Click Delete account.
  2. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Delete my account.

You can also tell us why you are leaving (optional). After the account is deleted, we send a confirmation email. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
