Data Export

Settings → Data gives you full control over your data and account lifecycle.

Export Options

Three export scopes are available:

• Work Logs — all your logged entries as a downloadable file.
• Meetings — your meeting records including contacts and notes.
• Full Export — everything in your account in one bundle (logs, meetings, goals, tasks, contacts).

Exports download immediately for most accounts. Keep the file secure—it contains your full work history.

Clearing Data

Two destructive options live here behind confirmation dialogs:

• Delete all logs — removes all work log entries permanently. Goals and tasks are unaffected.
• Reset account — clears all your data while keeping your account active.

Both actions require typing a confirmation phrase and are irreversible. Export first.

Account Deletion

Delete account permanently removes your Opzello account, all associated data, and your workspace membership. The deletion flow requires:

1. Entering your registered email address.
2. Typing the confirmation phrase.
3. Holding the delete button for 5 seconds.

Workspace owners cannot delete their account while other members are in the workspace. Transfer ownership or remove all members first.

Reports PDFs are separate from raw data export—use Reports for human-readable summaries and this page for raw data backup.
