Customer Success Module
Customer accounts, health status, and churn risk monitoring
Last updated 2026-09-12
The Customer Success module tracks the health of your customer accounts so you can act before churn happens. Enable it by selecting the Customer Success role in Settings → Preferences.
Customer accounts are the core record. Each account stores company name, contract value, health status, assigned owner, and notes. Health status options: New, Healthy, At Risk, Expanding, Churned.
The dashboard shows:
- Status breakdown — donut chart of accounts by health status. At Risk accounts stand out immediately.
- Hours by day — 14-day area chart of CS work log hours (onboarding calls, QBRs, support escalations).
- Accounts list — sortable rows with health badge, contract value, and last activity date.
Update health status weekly as part of your account review routine. Use the notes field to capture the specific reason an account moved to At Risk—this context feeds the AI Analyzer when you ask about customer health patterns.
Log all customer-facing time (onboarding, training, check-in calls) against the Customer Success role. This makes your CS workload visible and links to goals such as "maintain 90% healthy accounts this quarter."
When an account expands (upsell or cross-sell), update status to Expanding and note the new contract value. This data feeds business review reports and helps quantify the revenue impact of CS work.
