How can we help?
Most answers are already written down: search the documentation or read the common questions below. If you still need a person, open a ticket from your account and follow every reply in one place.

How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
The workspace owner opens WhatsApp Settings, then WhatsApp connection, inside the workspace and connects a WhatsApp Business number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API, either with Meta's guided sign-up or with the Phone Number ID and access token from Meta for Developers. Meta bills conversations to you directly. Teammates can see whether the number is connected, but only the owner can change it.
Why are new WhatsApp messages not arriving?
Meta delivers messages to Opzello through a webhook, and WhatsApp Settings shows the owner when the last one arrived. If nothing has come in, check that the Webhook URL and Verify Token shown there are saved in your Meta app, and that the app is subscribed to the messages field. If messages arrive but a reply will not send, the customer is probably outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window, where Meta only allows approved templates.
How long is the free trial, and what happens when it ends?
14 days. Nothing is deleted when it ends: your workspaces turn read-only, so every conversation, log and report stays open to read, but nothing new can be added. The owner opens a support ticket and the Opzello team starts the plan; the workspace unlocks again as soon as it is active.
What is the difference between the plans, and how do seats work?
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro. Pro is $29 a month with 8 seats, a larger AI allowance, campaigns and automations. Team is $79 a month with 18 seats, the largest AI allowance, team analytics and the read-only API. Seats are pooled across the workspaces you own, and Team can add extra seats at $5 a month each.
How do I add teammates?
Inside the workspace, open Settings, then Members, and invite people by email with a role. The invitation link stays valid for 48 hours, and someone without an Opzello account can create one from it. Each invitation uses a seat from your pool; when the pool is full, free a seat or open a support ticket to upgrade.
What are AI tokens, and what if I run out?
AI features such as conversation analysis, suggested replies and chat spend tokens from a monthly allowance set by the owner's plan. It is one pool for all of the owner's workspaces, and the owner can cap how much each member uses. When it runs out, AI pauses until the allowance resets, or until the Opzello team adds a token pack — the owner opens a support ticket to request one. Packs start at 100K tokens for $5.
Where are my invoices, and how do I cancel?
Open Billing in the Hub. It lists every payment with a PDF invoice, and from there you can pause, resume, cancel or undo a cancellation. To upgrade or downgrade, switch to yearly billing or pay, open a support ticket and the Opzello team will set it up. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and your data is kept.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, on every plan. Settings, then Data, downloads your work logs and meetings as CSV files and a full export as one JSON file. The same page deletes your account permanently; if you own a workspace that still has other members, remove them first.
Is my data private and secure?
Conversations, contacts and reports stay inside the workspace they belong to, and members of other workspaces cannot see them. Online card payment is not available yet, so no card details ever reach Opzello. Account Security lists every signed-in device and recent sign-ins, and you can sign out any session you do not recognise.
How do I reach a person?
Sign in and open Support in the Hub, pick a topic and tick "I'd like a person from the team to reply". Your email address needs to be verified first. Every ticket gets a number, and replies from our support team appear there and in your email. If you cannot sign in, reset your password from the sign-in page, or email support@opzello.com.
