Hub Overview
Your personal home base across every workspace you belong to
Last updated 2026-09-12
The Hub (/home) is your personal landing page — separate from any single workspace. While a workspace holds your team's shared work, the Hub is where you see everything that spans across the workspaces you're part of.
If you own or have been invited to more than one workspace, the Hub is where you land after signing in, with a time-of-day greeting and quick stats.
Owned vs. Invited Workspaces
The Hub splits your workspaces into two groups:
- Owned — workspaces you created and administer.
- Invited — workspaces someone else invited you into as a member.
Each workspace appears as a card showing its name, your role, and member count. Selecting a card takes you into that workspace's dashboard.
Creating a New Workspace
Click New workspace from the Hub to open the creation modal. This starts the same setup flow described in Workspace → Setup Wizard, letting you spin up an entirely separate workspace without leaving your account.
Switching Workspaces
Use the workspace sidebar in the Hub to jump between workspaces without signing out. Your active workspace determines which work logs, goals, tasks, and modules you see once you enter the app.
What Lives in the Hub vs. the Workspace
| Area | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Work logs, goals, tasks, modules | Inside each workspace |
| Billing, invoices, payment method | Hub (per workspace you own) |
| AI token pool and per-workspace limits | Hub |
| Usage charts and cost breakdown | Hub |
| Members, roles, feature toggles | Workspace settings |
See Hub → Billing Across Workspaces and Hub → AI Tokens & Usage for the account-level pages.
