How Opzello AI uses your logs, goals, and meetings
Last updated 2026-09-12
Opzello embeds AI across the product—not as a gimmick chatbot, but as modes tuned to specific jobs. All requests go through AIService, which attaches sanitized context from your work logs, goals, tasks, and optional meeting notes depending on the mode.
Available modes include Analyzer (patterns and risks), Brainstorm (ideation), Strategist (longer planning narratives), and Chat (interactive Q&A). Queue workers process heavy jobs so the UI stays responsive; streaming responses power Chat.
AI never invents logs you did not write—it interprets what is present. Sparse data yields cautious answers. For best quality, log consistently for two weeks before trusting strategic recommendations.
Usage limits may apply per subscription tier. See Account → Subscription for quotas. Conversations store in ai_conversations for history and compliance.
Each mode doc in this section explains inputs, outputs, and example prompts. Start with Analyzer after you have a week of logs, then expand to Brainstorm when exploring new initiatives.
