AI Features Overview

Opzello embeds AI across the product—not as a gimmick chatbot, but as modes tuned to specific jobs. Each request includes only your own data from the workspace you are in, and only the parts your role can open: your work logs, goals, tasks and, when you ask, meeting notes or WhatsApp chats. The AI never sees other workspaces, other people's private data, or any passwords and keys.

Find the tools in the sidebar under AI Assistant: Analyzer (patterns, wins and what to improve), Brainstorm (ideas), Ask AI (chat, with answers that appear word by word), Strategize (week-by-week plans) and History (saved results).

AI never invents logs you did not write—it interprets what is present. Sparse data yields cautious answers. For best quality, log consistently for two weeks before trusting strategic recommendations.

How much AI you can use depends on your plan. See AI Tokens in the Hub for your balance. Analyzer, Brainstorm and Strategist results are saved in AI Assistant → History; Ask AI keeps its own list of conversations.

Each mode doc in this section explains inputs, outputs, and example prompts. Start with Analyzer after you have a week of logs, then expand to Brainstorm when exploring new initiatives.
