Automatic reports
Daily, weekly and monthly team reports, the Schedule panel and the email
Last updated 2026-10-05
Each workspace gets team reports without anyone asking:
| Report | Made | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Every morning at the chosen hour | The whole day before |
| Weekly | On Mondays | The week before, Monday to Sunday |
| Monthly | On the 1st | The month before |
A day, week or month with no activity at all gets no report. The calendar marks it quiet · no report.
A daily report compares each number with the same weekday over the last four weeks, so a Sunday is measured against a usual Sunday. When there is not enough history yet, it compares with the day before.
The Schedule panel
Open Reports → Schedule to see how your workspace is set up:
- which automatic reports are made (daily, weekly, monthly)
- the hour they are made and the timezone the days follow
- whether automatic reports include an AI summary. The panel shows roughly how much of your workspace's AI tokens this uses each month.
- whether each person's numbers are shown (only the workspace owner can change this)
Managers can change the schedule. People with Team access can look but not change it.
Changing the timezone only affects reports made after the change. Every saved report keeps the timezone it was made in.
Notifications and email
When an automatic report is ready, the workspace owner and everyone whose role has Team or Manage access to Reports gets an in-app notification and a short email. The email has the headline, four key numbers and an Open report button. It has no attachment.
Turn the email off in Account → Notifications under Team reports.
When you make a report yourself and leave the page before it is ready, you get an in-app notification when it is done.
