Workspace Overview

Creating, configuring, and managing your workspace

Last updated 2026-09-12

A workspace is the shared environment that connects your account to your team's data. All work logs, goals, tasks, meetings, and modules live inside a workspace.

You can belong to more than one workspace — as an owner of some and a member of others. Your Hub (see Hub → Hub Overview) is where you see and switch between all of them; only one workspace is "active" at a time within the app itself.

Creating a Workspace

First-time users who are not joining an existing workspace are guided through workspace setup immediately after signup. You can create additional workspaces later from the Hub. Either way, setup asks for:

  • Name — your company or team name.
  • Description — optional context shown to members.
  • Work roles — up to 3, chosen in the second step.

See Workspace → Setup Wizard for the full walkthrough. Once created, you are the workspace owner and can invite others.

Inviting Members

Go to Settings → Workspace → Members. Enter a colleague's email address and assign a custom role to send an invitation — see Workspace → Members & Invites and Workspace → Roles & Permissions for the full detail.

Workspace Settings

Owners and workspace admins can adjust settings under Settings → Workspace:

Visibility

Controls who can see the Team Dashboard:

  • Private — only the owner and admins see team-wide activity.
  • Transparent — all members can view each other's activity summaries on the Team Dashboard.

Feature Controls

Enable or disable individual features for everyone in the workspace. Toggle any of the following on or off:

Feature What it controls
Goals & OKRs Objectives, key results, and progress tracking
Tasks Task manager and kanban board
Reports Work summary and PDF export
AI Assistant Analyzer, Brainstorm, Chat, and Strategist
Meetings & CRM Meeting pipeline, contacts, and AI insights
WhatsApp Inbox WhatsApp business messaging and analytics

Disabled features are hidden from all member sidebars immediately. Re-enabling restores access to all existing data.

Leaving or Deleting

Members can leave a workspace from Settings → Data. Workspace owners cannot leave—transfer ownership first (contact support), or delete the workspace entirely. Deletion is permanent; export your data first.
