Reports → Logistics performance export summarizes delays and carrier breakdowns. Use monthly review to discuss recurring bottlenecks with suppliers.

Incidents (damage, loss) belong in notes plus a blocked work log entry so AI Analyzer surfaces operational risk themes over time.
