Brainstorm Engine

Brainstorm gives you a list of ideas for a question you ask, based on your own work. Open it from the sidebar: AI Assistant → Brainstorm.

Ask for ideas

1. In What do you want ideas for?, write your question. For example: "How can I get more e-commerce customers this month?"
2. Or click one of the topic buttons under the box (such as Get more customers or Reduce costs) to fill in a question for you.
3. Leave Include my work history on to let the AI read your work logs from this month. Turn it off for general ideas. If you have no logs yet, the ideas will be general.
4. Click Generate Ideas.

Clear questions give better ideas. Say who the idea is for, what you want and what limits you have (time, budget, team size).

What you can do with each idea

Each idea shows its impact, why it matters and the steps to do it. Under it you can:

• Add to Tasks — opens a new task already filled in. Nothing is saved until you save the task.
• Add to Goal — pick one of your active goals. The goal opens with the idea added as a new key result, ready for you to check and save. This button shows only when you have active goals.
• Turn into Plan → — opens the Strategist with the idea as the goal.
• The bookmark icon — keeps the idea. A button at the top of the page (for example "2 saved") opens your saved ideas. Saved ideas are kept in this browser only.

When the AI also suggests tasks, they appear under Suggested tasks, each with an Add button.

Every Brainstorm result is saved in AI Assistant → History.

Do not paste passwords, keys or private client details into your question.
