Follow these steps to go from a new account to a useful daily workflow.
1. Set up your workspace — If you are the first person in your organization, you will be prompted to create a workspace on first login. Give it a name and description. Invite colleagues from Settings → Workspace → Members.
2. Complete your profile — Open Settings → Preferences. Select the roles that describe your work (Developer, Marketing, Logistics, Sales, Design, Finance, Product, HR, Data Analyst, Customer Success). Roles control which modules appear in your sidebar and which filters default in AI tools. Set your weekly hours target while you are here.
3. Log your first work entry — From the dashboard, click New log or use the quick-add button. Pick a role, category, title, hours, and status. Save. You will see the entry on your daily log and weekly rollup immediately.
4. Add a task — Open Tasks from the sidebar. Click Add task, give it a title, set priority and due date, and save. Switch between List and Board view using the toggle at the top. Tasks link to your role and can be filtered by priority and status.
5. Create one goal — Navigate to Goals and add a quarterly objective with at least one key result. Link a key result to a metric you care about (hours logged, meetings held, etc.) for automatic progress tracking. Weekly check-ins keep context for retrospectives.
6. Try AI Analyzer — Open AI → Analyzer, choose a date range, and run an analysis. The model reads your recent logs and returns themes, risks, and suggestions. For best results, have at least a week of logs before running your first analysis.
7. Explore your role modules — Open Modules from the sidebar and select the module matching your role. Each module has a dedicated dashboard and record type (projects for Dev, campaigns for Marketing, deals for Sales, budget items for Finance, and so on).
You do not need every feature on day one. Most users stabilize on daily logging plus tasks, then add goals and AI as habits form.
