The Strategic Planner turns one goal into a week-by-week plan. Open it from the sidebar: AI Assistant → Strategize.

Build a plan

1. In What do you want to achieve?, write your goal. For example: "Grow revenue 20% while reducing operational drag."
2. Pick a timeframe: 2 weeks (sprint focus), 1 month (balanced rollout) or 3 months (transformation).
3. Click Build Strategy.

Plans are shaped by the work roles you chose in the current workspace (Developer, Sales, HR and so on), so the same goal gets a different plan in a workspace where you do different work.

The line under the button tells you what the plan will use: your work log entries and hours from this month plus your active goals, or only the goal you typed if you have not logged any work yet.

What the plan contains

• Situation Analysis — where you are now.
• Strategic Goal — the goal the plan works toward.
• Week-by-Week Plan — tasks for each week of the timeframe.
• KPIs to Track — what to measure, the target and how to measure it.
• Resources Needed — what you will need.
• Risk Mitigation — what could go wrong and what to do about it.

Use Export to print the plan or save it as a PDF from your browser's print window. Use New strategy to start again.

You do not need to save the plan yourself. Every plan is saved in AI Assistant → History as soon as it is built. Click Save Strategy under a plan to mark it high importance there, so it is easy to find again with the importance filter. You can change or clear the tag from History at any time.

Good to know

• The plan is a starting point, not financial or legal advice. Check numbers against your reports before you share them.
• After you agree on a plan, add its targets as key results in Goals.
• Build a new plan after a big change (a new product, a lost client) so it uses your latest work.
• Each plan uses AI tokens from your workspace.
