Weekly View

See patterns and totals across the work week

Last updated 2026-09-12

Weekly view aggregates daily logs into a seven-day grid. Each cell shows total hours and entry count; clicking a day drills into the daily list without losing your week context.

A stacked bar or heat strip (depending on theme) reveals imbalance—too much operations, not enough deep work, meetings eating afternoons. Compare against your profile weekly target; the gauge turns amber when you are within 10% of the cap and red when over.

Week navigation arrows move by ISO week. Export-friendly summaries help freelancers invoice clients: filter by role and billable flag, then use Reports for a PDF work summary.

Weekly view is the best place to spot missing days. If Tuesday shows zero hours but you remember shipping work, add logs before running AI analysis—models only see what you recorded.

Team leads using Opzello solo today can still use weekly view for 1:1 prep: note themes in comments, then open Goals to align key result check-ins with actual effort distribution.
