AI Usage & Tokens

Settings → AI Usage & Tokens shows how much AI capacity you have used and how much remains.

Token Balance

Every AI request (Analyzer, Brainstorm, Strategist, Chat) consumes tokens. Your current balance is shown at the top of the page. The balance resets or replenishes according to your subscription plan—check Settings → Subscription for your plan's included token allocation.

When your balance reaches zero, AI features are disabled until the next reset or until you receive bonus tokens.

Usage History

A timeline of your AI requests showing date, mode used (Analyze, Brainstorm, Strategize, Chat), and tokens consumed. Use this to understand which AI modes cost the most and whether your usage pattern fits your plan.

You can export your usage history for record-keeping or to share with a team lead who manages your plan.

Requesting Bonus Tokens

If you run out of tokens before your reset date, you can submit a bonus token request directly from this page. Provide:

• Requested amount — how many tokens you need.
• Reason — a short description of why you need more (e.g., "running end-of-quarter strategy sessions").

Bonus token grants are reviewed and applied to your balance. You will receive an in-app notification when approved.

Tips

• Run Analyzer and Strategist on meaningful date ranges (one week or more)—running them on single days consumes tokens without producing useful output.
• Chat mode uses tokens per message; keep conversations focused rather than opening new chats for tangential questions.
• If you regularly hit your limit, consider upgrading your plan for a higher monthly token allocation.
