AI Usage & Tokens

AI Tokens and Usage in the Hub sidebar show how much AI capacity you have used and how much remains.

Token Balance

Every AI request (Analyzer, Brainstorm, Strategist, Chat) consumes tokens. Your plan's monthly tokens reset each billing period; the pricing page lists each plan's allowance.

Extra tokens — added to your account on top of your plan — are kept separately. They are used only after the monthly tokens run out, never expire, and are not reset. When both run out, AI features pause until the next reset.

Usage History

Hub → Usage charts token consumption by day and by AI mode, so you can see which modes cost the most and whether your usage fits your plan.

Getting More Tokens

If you run out before your reset date, the message that appears has a button that opens Support in the Hub: Request more tokens, or Request an upgrade. You can also click Open a support ticket on Hub → AI Tokens. For extra tokens, choose the topic Billing and invoices (there is no separate topic for tokens) and say how many tokens you need and why. For a bigger plan, choose Plan, renewal or seats. The Opzello team reviews the request and adds a token pack to your account. A workspace owner can also raise a workspace's limit from Hub → AI Tokens while the pool still has tokens left.

Tips

• Run Analyzer and Strategist on meaningful date ranges (one week or more)—running them on single days consumes tokens without producing useful output.
• Chat mode uses tokens per message; keep conversations focused rather than opening new chats for tangential questions.
• If you regularly hit your limit, open a support ticket under Plan, renewal or seats and choose Change my plan to move to a plan with a larger monthly allowance.
