Plans that price the whole team, not the seat

Yes. Pause, resume or cancel from Billing in your account any time. To upgrade or downgrade, or to switch to yearly billing, send the Opzello team a support ticket and we'll make the change. A founding price stays locked through a plan or billing-interval change, at the new plan's own founding price.

Nothing is deleted. The workspace turns read-only — every conversation, log and report stays open to read, but no one can write to it. The owner opens a support ticket and the Opzello team starts the plan; the workspace unlocks again as soon as it is active.

You connect your own number through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, so Meta bills you for WhatsApp messages directly. Each number gets 1,000 free replies a month; after that, and for template messages, Meta charges its own rates. Opzello does not resell messaging and does not mark it up.

Not while you have seats left. Pro includes 8 pooled seats and Team 18, at one flat price. Team can add extra seats at $5 a month each.

Requests and tokens a month, nothing else. Every plan classifies every conversation against all five signals — Pro runs 500 analyses a month and Team 2,000. The plan decides how much analysis you run, never which signals you are shown.

Yes. Work logs and meetings each download as a CSV from Settings, and a full export — work logs, meetings, goals and tasks — downloads as one JSON file. On every plan, whether or not a subscription is active.

Subscribers who join while the founding offer is open pay $29 a month for Pro and $79 for Team instead of $59 and $149. It stays locked while the subscription stays alive: a plan or billing-interval change keeps founding pricing at the new plan's own founding price, and it is lost for good only if the subscription ends.

You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then. Once it ends the workspace turns read-only and a founding price is gone for good: coming back later means the regular price.

Yes, from Billing in your account, for up to a few months. The workspace turns read-only until you resume — everyone can still read everything, but nothing can be changed. Incoming WhatsApp messages are still saved, but automatic replies, automations, scheduled campaigns, AI analysis and digest emails stop until you resume. Nothing is deleted, your data and any founding price are kept, and the paid days you had left are added back when you resume.

The workspace keeps working during a grace period and Billing shows how many days are left. Open a support ticket to arrange payment within that time and nothing changes, founding price included. If the grace period runs out, the plan ends.

Team. It is a read-only REST API over conversations and contacts, authenticated with workspace-scoped keys the owner creates in Workspace Settings. It cannot write anything, and it cannot reach the app itself.
