Before you pick a plan
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Billing in your account, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Stripe handles the proration on the subscription you already have.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The workspace turns read-only — every conversation, log and report stays open to read, but no one can write to it. The owner starts a plan from Billing and the workspace unlocks again.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp plan?
You connect your own number through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, so Meta bills you for conversations directly. Opzello does not resell messaging and does not mark it up.
Does adding a teammate cost more?
No. Pro includes 8 pooled seats and Team 18, at one flat price. Nothing in Opzello is charged per person.
What do the AI limits actually limit?
Requests and tokens a month, nothing else. Every plan classifies every conversation against all five signals — Free simply runs 30 analyses a month against Pro's 500. The plan decides how much analysis you run, never which signals you are shown.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, about 17%. Pro is $290 a year instead of $348, and Team $790 instead of $948 — roughly 2 months back.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, through Stripe. Invoices for every payment are listed in your account and download as PDF.
Can I get my data back out?
Yes. Work logs and meetings each download as a CSV from Settings, and a full export — work logs, meetings, goals and tasks — downloads as one JSON file. Every plan including Free, whether or not a subscription is active.
Which plan has the API?
Team. It is a read-only REST API over conversations and contacts, authenticated with workspace-scoped keys the owner creates in Workspace Settings. It cannot write anything, and it cannot reach the app itself.
