Work Analyzer

The Work Analyzer reviews a date range of logs and returns themes: where time went, imbalance across roles, blocked work, and suggested focus for next week.

Select start/end dates and optional role filter. Click Analyze; results appear as structured sections with scores where applicable. A gauge may highlight concentration risk (too many meetings, too little deep work).

Use Analyzer weekly on Friday or Monday. Compare narrative output to your gut feel—discrepancies often mean missing logs. Export key bullets into a goal check-in note.

Analyzer prompts are tuned for constructive tone, not judgment. If you disagree with a recommendation, refine categories and rerun—classification drives many conclusions.

Long ranges (>30 days) take longer and cost more tokens; prefer two weeks for tactical reviews and quarterly spans for retrospectives paired with Reports.
