AI Tokens & Usage

Track token pools, per-workspace limits, and cost over time

Last updated 2026-09-12

Hub → Tokens and Hub → Usage give you visibility into AI consumption across every workspace you own.

Token Pool and Per-Workspace Limits

Your plan grants a total AI token pool. On the Tokens page, workspace owners can cap how much of that pool an individual workspace can draw from — useful when you run several workspaces on one plan and want to prevent one from consuming the whole allocation.

Quick presets are available (25% of pool, 50% of pool, full pool), or set a custom limit by editing the value directly. Only the workspace owner can adjust a workspace's limit.

The donut chart shows how the pool is currently split between workspaces; the sparkline shows recent token consumption trends.

Usage Dashboard

The Usage page breaks down AI spend and request volume over time with charts for:

  • Token consumption by day
  • Cost breakdown by AI mode (Analyzer, Brainstorm, Strategist, Chat, Meeting AI)
  • Distribution across workspaces you own

Use this page before upgrading a plan to see whether you're consistently close to your limit, or to spot a workspace using disproportionately more AI than others.

Running Low

When a workspace approaches its token limit, the EnsureAiTokenBalance guard blocks further AI requests until either the billing period renews or an owner raises the workspace's limit (or the overall plan) from the Hub.
