AI Tokens and Usage in the Hub sidebar give you visibility into AI consumption across every workspace you own.

Plan Tokens and Extra Tokens

Your plan grants a monthly AI token pool that resets each billing period. Extra tokens are kept separately: they are used only after the monthly tokens run out, they never expire, and they are not reset. The AI Tokens page shows both numbers.

Per-Workspace Limits

On the AI Tokens page, under Workspace limits, workspace owners can cap how much of the pool an individual workspace can draw from — useful when you run several workspaces on one plan and want to prevent one from consuming the whole allocation.

Quick presets are available (25% of pool, 50% of pool, Full pool and Unlimited), or set a custom limit by editing the value directly. Only the workspace owner can adjust a workspace's limit.

The donut chart shows how much of this month's plan tokens you have used; the sparkline shows the last 7 days, counted the same way as the Usage page.

Usage Dashboard

The Usage page shows where your AI tokens go during the current billing period. If you own a workspace, it counts everything that comes out of your token pool: your own AI use and your teammates' use in the workspaces you own. If you only belong to other people's workspaces, it shows your own use.

• Your plan: your plan, its price, seats (with what any extra seats add) and when the current period ends.
• Daily usage: tokens used on each of the last 30 days, counted in your own timezone.
• Usage by workspace: how the period's tokens split across workspaces.
• Usage by feature: which AI features use your tokens, grouped into AI Assistant, WhatsApp, Reports and Meetings.
• Usage by person (workspace owners): how much each teammate used. AI that runs on its own, like WhatsApp chat analysis, automatic replies and scheduled reports, is shown as one Automatic line.

Use this page to see whether you're consistently close to your limit before asking the Opzello team to move you to a larger plan, or to spot a workspace or a person using much more AI than others.

Running Low

When a workspace reaches its token limit, AI requests pause until the billing period renews or an owner raises the workspace's limit from the Hub.

Need more tokens now? Click Open a support ticket on the AI Tokens page, choose Billing and invoices, and say how many tokens you need. The Opzello team will add a token pack to your account. To raise the plan's overall AI allowance, choose Plan, renewal or seats and Change my plan instead.
