The six kinds of report, what each contains and which periods you can choose

Last updated 2026-10-05

Click New report, pick a type and a period, and choose whether to include an AI summary. The report opens straight away and fills in while it is made.

Team performance, and Person reports about someone other than yourself, need each person's numbers to be shown (see Who can see reports).

Periods

Choose today so far, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter, or your own dates. A period can be up to a year long and cannot end in the future. When a period includes today, the report stops at the moment it was made.

Numbers counted at report time

A few numbers describe the moment the report was made, not the period: Waiting on us, Overdue now, Open pipeline, and the goal numbers. They say "at report time". Goal progress history is not stored, so goals always show their progress when the report was made.

Active time is time spent working in Opzello, not hours worked.

The AI summary

The AI summary uses your workspace's AI tokens. The New report window shows roughly how many before you create the report. If your workspace is out of tokens, or AI summaries are paused, the report is still made: the numbers, charts and Needs attention list do not depend on the AI.
