AI History

Opzello saves AI results so you can open them again without running the AI again. Each part of the app has its own history:

• AI Assistant → History — your own Analyzer, Brainstorm and Strategist results. Filter with the tabs (All tools, Analyzer, Brainstorm, Strategist), by importance, or with Search history.... Other people in the workspace do not see your entries.
• Meetings → AI Insights, then the History tab — your own meeting AI results: Meeting Analysis, Strategy and Contact Profile. The Run tab next to it is where you run them.
• WhatsApp → Analytics, then the AI History tab — results from the AI Search and AI Report tabs. This history is shared with your whole team.

Ask AI conversations are not listed here. You find them under History on the left side of the chat.

Opening an entry

Click View on an entry to open the full result in a window. For example, an Analyzer entry shows the score, wins, improvements and patterns.

Tagging by importance

Use the tag button on an entry to mark it High importance, Important or Less important, or choose Remove tag. On the AI Assistant History page you can then filter by importance, including Untagged.

Deleting an entry

Click the delete button on an entry and confirm. This removes only the saved result. Tasks, goals or anything else you already created from it stay as they are.
