AI History

Review past AI runs from the Assistant, Meeting AI, and WhatsApp

Last updated 2026-09-12

Every place Opzello calls Claude keeps a history of past runs so you can revisit a result without regenerating it. Rather than one combined log, history is scoped to where the AI ran:

  • AI → History — general Assistant runs (Analyzer, Brainstorm, Strategist). Filter by mode or by importance (High, Important, Less important, Untagged).
  • Meetings → AI tab → History — a History view next to the regular AI run panel on each meeting, scoped to that meeting's summaries, extracted tasks, and prep notes.
  • WhatsApp → Analytics → AI History tab — AI responses generated from WhatsApp inbox conversations.

Reviewing an Entry

Open any history entry to see the original prompt, the full response, and — where applicable — the tasks or summaries it produced. Mark entries by importance so the ones worth revisiting later are easy to filter back to.

Managing Entries

History entries can be deleted individually if no longer needed. Deleting a history entry only removes the saved record of that AI run — it does not undo or remove any tasks, summaries, or notes that were already created from it.

For guidance on each individual AI mode, see AI Features → AI Overview, Work Analyzer, Brainstorm Engine, Strategy Builder, and AI Chat.
