Profile Settings

Settings → Profile controls your identity: display name, email (read-only if SSO), timezone, and avatar.

Timezone affects log day boundaries and monthly heatmaps. Set it correctly before logging historical data—changing it later does not retroactively shift existing entries.

Your avatar is shown on your profile, the Team Dashboard, and in workspace member lists. Upload a photo or leave the auto-generated initial avatar.

Profile updates confirm with a toast notification. Your settings are organized across several pages accessible from the Settings sidebar:

• Profile — display name, email, timezone, avatar.
• Security — password changes and active session management.
• Notifications — email and in-app notification preferences.
• Preferences — your active roles, weekly hours goal, and dashboard widget layout.
• Workspace — workspace name, visibility, feature controls, and member management (owners and admins only).
• AI Usage & Tokens — current token balance, usage history, and bonus token requests.
• Subscription — current plan, renewal date, and billing portal.
• Invoices — past invoice history.
• Data — export your data and account deletion.
