Profile Settings

Open your account settings with Account Settings in the Hub sidebar, or click your name at the bottom of the workspace sidebar and choose Profile.

The account settings menu on the left has your photo, name and plan at the top, then two groups:

• Account — Profile, Security, Notifications and Appearance.
• Danger — Data & Privacy.

On a phone the menu is a row of buttons at the top that you can swipe sideways. On a wide screen, a Good to know column beside each page has a few short tips.

Saving changes

When you change a field, a bar rises at the bottom of the page: click Save changes, or Discard to go back to what was saved (⌘S or Ctrl+S also saves). If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, Opzello asks first. Uploading a photo, restarting onboarding and every switch that says it applies at once save straight away.

The Profile page

Personal information — your Photo (JPG, PNG or WEBP, or keep your initials), Full name, Email address and Timezone. Your email is used to sign in and for notifications. Your timezone is used for reports and reminders. Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom when you are done.

Changing your email — type the new address and click Save changes. A window asks for your password. Enter it and click Change email. From then on you sign in with the new address, and it must be verified again. If your email is not verified, the page shows Email not verified with a button to send the verification email again.

Work — your Weekly hours goal (saved with the same Save changes bar), a link to change your Work roles in the workspace you are in, and Restart onboarding to show the welcome screens and feature tours again.

Account details — when you joined, your current plan, your account status and your user ID. These cannot be edited here.

The other pages

• Security — change your password, sign out every other device, and see your last sign-in.
• Notifications — what you hear about in the app and by email, grouped into sections, with a quick setup, pop-ups and quiet hours, and browser push.
• Appearance — Colour mode (Dark, Light or System), Font size (Small, Medium or Large) and Start with the sidebar collapsed, which apply at once in this browser; theme templates; your own theme (accent, tint and corner radius, saved with Save changes); a preview; the Team goal strip switch that shows or hides the pinned team goal at the top of every workspace page; and a link to the WhatsApp chat appearance (WhatsApp Settings → Chat appearance).
• Data & Privacy — export your data, recover recently deleted data, and delete your account.

Your token balance and usage are in Hub → AI Tokens and Hub → Usage, and your plan and invoices in Hub → Billing. Plan changes and extra tokens go through a support ticket. Workspace name, features and members are under Workspace Settings (owner only).
