Generating Reports

Reports turn Opzello data into shareable artifacts. Open Reports from the sidebar, choose a template, set date range and role filters, then Preview HTML before PDF export.

Templates include work summary, goal progress, meeting pipeline, marketing performance, logistics performance, and full business review (multi-section).

Preview loads server-rendered Blade HTML approximating the PDF layout. Adjust filters if sections look empty—usually missing logs or wrong date bounds.

Scheduled reports may be available via console commands in self-hosted setups; SaaS users generate on demand. Generation runs synchronously for small ranges; large exports queue.

Access reports require authentication; public docs describe concepts only. Permissions follow your workspace role.

Save filter presets mentally per stakeholder: investors want business review quarterly; clients want work summary monthly.
